Prophet Richmond Success is the founder of the Richmond Success Ministries, a dynamic entrepreneur and former footballer who traded trophies for a higher calling. With a passion for spreading the gospel, he surrendered his life to ministry and that was beginning of the birthing of the Richmond Success Ministries. Through unwavering dedication and divine guidance, the ministry has multiplied manifold, touching countless of lives worldwide, especially the youth. His unrelenting zeal for the Word has inspired a global community, empowering individuals to realize their potential and live purpose-driven lives. For over a decade, Prophet Richmond has been passionately preaching the gospel, equipping believers, and empowering the next generation to walk in their divine purpose.

Prophet Richmond’s heart yearns for one thing: to see people experience an intimate relationship with God. Through his ministry, he teaches the youth and believers alike how to cultivate intimate relationship through prayer, fasting, and the study of God’s Word, guided by the prophetic.

Through seminars, workshops, and skill-training meetings, he equips them with the tools to plant and grow their own businesses. His ministry also extends to helping the needy, campus evangelism, and training believers to discover and walk in their divine purposes.

The Humble Beginnings of Richmond Success Ministries
Richmond Success Ministries (RSM) began in the year 2014 as a small, determined group of three people gathering for prayer via conference call. Despite the challenges that came with organizing prayer meetings over the phone, without the ability to control the environment, Prophet Richmond persevered. Through faith and reliance on God, the ministry has grown with many branches.
The Early Journey of Prophet Richmond Success
Richmond Success (now Prophet) from a young age, had a sense of purpose, though it wasn’t always clear what that purpose was. Initially, he dreamed of becoming a soldier, along the way he showed interest in playing football but it wasn’t long before he gave his life to Christ. Even as a young child, there was something unique about him that set him apart. His behaviour and demeanour drew attention, particularly from his mother, who paid extra attention to him. Despite the love and care surrounding him, Prophet Richmond faced challenges early in life. The enemy sought to derail his destiny, and he experienced attacks that could have broken him. However, these trials only drew him closer to God. During this period, the Holy Spirit began to teach him the importance of making God his Father and his all.
Prophet Richmond was mentored by the Holy Spirit. He spent time in solitude, praying, fasting, and studying the Word of God. These moments in the wilderness even as a child prepared him for the call on his life. Through the Spirit’s guidance, he learned to rely on God and trust in His plan.
This early journey has shaped Prophet Richmond into the man he is today, leading Richmond Success Ministries with a heart to serve and empower others. His story is a testament to God’s faithfulness and the power of perseverance in the face of adversity.
A Divine Instruction
Years later, in 2022, Prophet Richmond received a clear instruction from God to establish a prayer network on Telegram called “We serve A Mighty God”. Specifically, the instruction was for him to begin the prayer network with a group of 200 people who he hadn’t seen or known. Despite the uncertainty about where these people would come from, he obeyed the instruction.
One faithful Wednesday evening on the 1st of June 2022, the prayer meeting began and today (November, 2025) the telegram channel has grown with about 1000 subscribers from around the globe. The channel is a welcoming space where hearts are lifted through prayers held morning, afternoon, and evening for ourselves and families alongside times of fasting, inspiring messages from God’s Word, and powerful prophetic ministry. The “ we serve a Mighty God “ is a medium for believers to always be in prayer whether at the work place, school, anywhere and to encourage a prayer lifestyle with just a click on your phone.
The growth and impact of RSM is a testament to God’s calling on the life of Prophet Richmond. Several individuals have experienced transformation and breakthroughs through the prayer meetings on telegram. And these people bear witness to the tangible effects of God’s power and love. Today, RSM continues to be a beacon of hope and spiritual growth, empowering believers worldwide to deepen their relationship with God and live out their faith with purpose.
